​1. Booking & Payment

All initial prices are based on the condition, size, and type of the vehicle as described at the time of booking.

Final pricing may change upon inspection if the vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit, and approved electronic payments.
-
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
-
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
-
The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.​
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Deposit Policy)

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
-
Clients may reschedule once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
-
Same-day cancellations or no-shows would also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Arrival & Access

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

For mobile services, access to water and/or electricity must be provided if required and disclosed in advance.

If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal belongings prior to service.

The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

We do not reinstall child seats for liability reasons.
5. Pre-Existing Damage

Delivered Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to:

Scratches, rock chips, dents, faded paint, peeling clear coat

Worn leather, cracked plastic, fragile trim, previous repairs

Older or high-mileage vehicles may have weakened components that can fail during normal cleaning. This is not the Company’s liability.
6. Interior & Exterior Results

While we strive for the highest quality results, 100% stain or odor removal is not guaranteed.

Severe stains, pet hair, salt buildup, mold, or biohazards may require additional services or may not be fully removable.
-
Results depend on material condition, age, and prior maintenance.
7. Health & Safety
-
Vehicles with biohazards (vomit, blood, mold, feces, etc.) must be disclosed prior to booking.
-
Failure to disclose may result in refusal of service or additional charges.
-
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.
8. Weather & Environmental Conditions
-
Mobile services are subject to weather conditions.
-
In the event of rain, extreme cold/heat, or unsafe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.

9. Ceramic Coatings & Protective Services
-
Ceramic coatings and protection services require proper curing and aftercare.
-
The Company is not responsible for coating failure due to improper aftercare, environmental exposure, automatic car washes, or neglect.

Any stated durability is an estimate, not a guarantee.
10. Satisfaction & Claims
-
Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
-
Claims made after this period may not be honored.
-
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability

Delivered Detailing’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or client for any reason, including unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or misrepresentation.
13. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
